Satt transforms a very wide range of thermosetting and thermoplastic moulding compounds in order to satisfy any request from our Clients.
In particular, in the thermosets department we process phenolics, dry polyesters, melamines, epoxies, whereas all kinds of ABS, PC/ABS, PBT, POM, PET, PPS, PA6, PA66, PPA GF reinforced... are moulded in the thermoplastics area.

Quality assurance

We keep pushing ourselves forward, resorting to extensive statistical analysis, especially in the early stages of sampling and opportunity analysis, so as to lay the most solid foundation to aim at the optimum quality.
That's why we trained our internal staff in six sigma methodologies at the black belt level, always ready to assist our customers through a continuous feedback of information on every critical aspect of interest.
Satt quality management system is ISO certified and such tools as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA are constantly in place.
